2.0 Ltr Alfa engine: pretty robust but like any engine it needs oil - especially when pushed hard. The piston is lodged sideways at a 90 deg angle inside the cylinder.

That looks like a Zeus with the cart. We have one at work. All the drawers are utilized:
Top (the one with “Intelligent Diagnostics Center” on it): printer, case for our TPMS tester, Snap-On Ethos+ scan tool, OTC scan tool
2nd: test leads, vehicle data link connector adapters, data link connector adapter for TPMS tester
3rd: more test leads and connectors
4th: digital volt/ohm meter and adapters for it
Bottom: Vehicle lock-out kit

My boss bought ours with cash, and traded in the old scan tool. I think with trade-in it was $14k out the door.
